WHAT I DO: I coach physicians in building resiliency to answer the many demands placed on them in the current healthcare arena.
RESULTS: As a result physicians find themselves reignited with their joy and passion for medicine. They are able to achieve work/ life blend and eliminate the risk of burnout.
WHO I WORK WITH: I support all physicians particularly those who own and manage their medical practices.
WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: In the late nineties I began my journey toward becoming a life coach. As a medical social worker working in acute and ambulatory settings, I observed physicians who, through the absence of self-compassion, compromise their health and well-being. Through coaching they discovered their answers to living enriching personal and professional lives.
