Who I am
In private practice since 1995, I work with adults from various backgrounds who come with a variety of concerns and disorders. I am very active and involved during our sessions, gathering as much information as necessary to arrive at a full and detailed picture. Identifying the cause of a problem, and what it means to you, is the first step in developing a treatment plan. My role as your psychologist is to act as a mirror so you can get to know yourself well and to make good choices that can improve your life. I try to work efficiently, with an eye to helping you feel better relatively quickly. The actual pace of treatment is determined by you and your needs, reflected in your emotions and thoughts. Most people seem to enjoy the process.
